• Displayed prices may change, but confirmed orders retain agreed pricing.
• Required payment terms must be met before production or release.

5. Intellectual Property and Uploads

You retain ownership of your submitted designs but grant Alix Vintage permission to use them for order fulfillment. You confirm that uploaded content does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Liability

• Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
• Custom/personalized items are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
• To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the website for unlawful activity, unauthorized access attempts, or submission of harmful/infringing content.
